Note: We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with product features, or improper use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, mishandled, or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or tags.
• Products returned after the specified return period (see below).

3. Return Process

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

• Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or error. This process may take 3-5 business days.

4. Refunds

• If the return is approved:
• A full refund (including the product cost and original shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item, subject to banking processes.
• If the return is not approved (e.g., no defect found or customer damage), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Exchange

• In case of a wrong item delivered, we will replace it with the correct product, subject to availability.
• If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund as per the refund process above.
• Exchanges for defective items are not offered; please refer to the warranty section below.

6. Warranty Claims

• All warranty-related issues (e.g., defects arising after initial use) must be addressed directly with the product’s manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
• gocameras.in is not responsible for handling warranty claims or providing replacements/repairs under warranty.

7. Shipping Costs

• For eligible returns (manufacturing defect or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If a return is rejected due to ineligibility, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the item back to their address.

8. Damaged in Transit

• If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will coordinate with the courier service and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
